Pruning Near Lines - The words "Line Clearing" must go! They have a very negative meaning, where lines are cleared at the expense of the trees. "Pruning near lines" or "utility pruning" should be the words. A MUST! A person who works in trees needs to have some participation in a program that deals with working safely near utility lines! The National Arborist Association as such a program. It saved my life.
